By my signature to the membership agreement I confirm that I agree to adhere to the terms and conditions of membership as well as the rules of all competitions which may be changed by the organizers of We Play Golf (Pty) Ltd at any time.
I confirm that all information completed by me on the membership agreement form is true and correct.
This agreement may be terminated by We Play Golf (Pty) Ltd, at any time and at their sole and absolute discretion, in the event that I commit any breach of the terms and conditions of this membership and/or competition rules.
The membership fees can escalate annually by an amount or percentage determined by the organizers.
Prizes may not be exchanged for cash or any other prize, nor are they transferable.
In order to be considered or qualify for a prize, I must be in good standing with regards to my membership with We Play Golf (Pty) Ltd (e.g. No breach of terms and condition and/or rules and membership fees up to date)
I hereby instruct and authorize We Play Golf (Pty) Ltd to draw against my account via Payfast for the amount of R 249.00 Once of joining fee and thereafter a recurring monthly fee of R 98.00. The amount necessary for payment of the monthly instalment / premium due in respect of the above mentioned agreement. This recurring monthly payment of R 98.00 will continue until termination of this agreement or until cancelled by me, giving We Play Golf (Pty) Ltd 30 days notice in writing. If this agreement is cancelled you will no longer be in the running for any prizes. All such withdrawals from by bank account by We Play Golf (Pty) Ltd shall be treated as though they had been signed by me personally. I understand that I will not be entitled to any refunds of amounts which We Play Golf (Pty) Ltd have withdrawn while this authority was in force, if such we legally owing to We Play Golf (Pty) Ltd. Receipt of this instruction by We Play Golf (Pty) Ltd shall be regarded as receipt of my bank.
You must be a SAGA Member with a valid SA Player Id and handicap index
You must be an Amateur Player
All Gross scores must be entered on a SAGA handicap system as well as on the We Play Golf app after each game (Make sure both scores are the same!)
No “Gimmies” are allowed
You can only capture a score where “18 Holes” have been played.
You are allowed to enter 2 (two) scores per day on the WPG app eg. AM & PM score
You can play as many times as you want per month and enter the scores.
